Vladislav Naganov is an alumnus of the Moscow State Academy of Law. In 2006-2007 he was an Advisor to Executive Director of the People’s Democratic Union (the former Deputy Head of the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Major General of the Russian Army Mr. Alexander Polovinkin) . During that period Vladislav Naganov participated at the All-Russian Civil Congress, Conferences of the United States - Russia Experts Forum (the Program of the U.S. Department of State, implemented by IREX) and many other events organized and hosted by Russian and international NGOs. Since October, 2006 he periodically works as a legal adviser both to oppositional and progovernmental candidates and parties during federal, regional and municipal electoral campaigns. Vladislav Naganov briefed domestic observers and often was an observer at polling places. In July, 2009 he took part at the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE/ODIHR in Kyrgyz Republic as short-term observer at the presidential elections. Since September, 2007 Vladislav Naganov collaborates with the Russian Public Institute of Electoral Law and researches into the actual problems of electoral proceedings.

Andrew Cooper graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Law in 2007. He participated in some protest actions, including the first two Dissenters’ Marches (on December 16, 2006 and April 14, 2007) and events hosted by Russian and international NGOs in Moscow. On December, 5-6, 2006 he attended the Conference of the U.S.-Russia Experts Forum in Moscow. In 2007-2010 Andrew Cooper was the Chief Specialist of the Moscow City Capital Construction Order Department.
Chairman of the Board of Trustees
Konstantin Abramovich graduated with honours from the Electromechanical Faculty of the Siberian Aerospace Academy (the Siberian Academian M.F. Reshetnyov State Aerospace University at present). He is a certified systems engineer and a candidate of technological sciences. Since 2008 Konstantin Abramovich represents a timber exporting British company in Krasnoyarsk Krai and Irkutsk Oblast.

Alexander Lataev graduated from the Penza Institute of Engineering Construction (the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction at present) and worked as a manager of constructional works before his transfer to the Ministry of Interior Affairs. He was the Deputy Head of the District Police Officers Activity Arrangement & Juvenile Affairs Division of the Penza Region Police Department until December, 2010. Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Lataev uncompromisingly combated crime throughout the past sixteen years. He holds numerous awards and honors.

Nikolay Lyaskin is an alumnus of the Faculty of Informatics and Telecommunications of the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics. In 2012 he received a second degree in state and municipal management. Now he is a director of several organizations. In August-October, 2012 he was the campaign manager of the candidate for the post of Mayor of the city of Khimki, Moscow Region Eugenia Chirikova. Mr. Lyaskin is participant and organizer of many protest actions in Russia.
